So it’s been a rough week for me….I can bury myself in pitty (and dirty clothes, dishes and mail it seems) or pull myself up with the help of my community and my God…the first one is easy, the second one takes some doing…guess it’s time to get doing

Moments of growth are often preceeded by pain, so congratulations, you are becoming a better person. Keep you chin up, all you really need is some time, time away from work (MD here we come) and perspective. The rest will take care of itself.
