So I'm taking care of some Kids this weekend(3), while their parents are in search of cooler weather up in the mountains…here is what I've learned in 5 hours:

1. Saying "make sure you don't drop that" is an invitation to find the most creative ways to drop it.

2. You actually have to plan for dinner, stating a start time, getting the food ready, getting the table ready, making intelligent table conversation, cleaning up after, cleaning up after the kids clean up.

I think I'll learn a lot this weekend…I'll keep you posted!
