You know I think taco’s are healthy. Lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, beans, a little cheese, a little flour, the perfect four food group meal. Put some hot sauce on there…you know to help raise your metabolism a little, heck this could be a diet!

My problem comes with this universal question: Do they serve chips and salsa with Mexican food in Mexico?

I am healthy right up to the point where I consume a whole basket of chips smothered in salsa, and if I am in a particularly saucy mood, then queso. Not good for el waist line-o.

Anyone been to a Mexican restaurant in Mexico? I guess they would just call it a restaurant?
